Agent 47 is back! HITMAN 3 release date, levels, cast and more

Earlier this month we got treated to the reveal of the last installment in the ‘World of Assassination. In HITMAN 3, it will be up to the bald-headed assassin to find and eliminate the ‘Partners’ and ‘The Constant’ with the story building up from the previous two games. The finale of the trilogy will be releasing in January 2021 on PC, Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X and Xbox One.

Heading to Dubai

Expect dizzying height in the first level announced for HITMAN 3. Dubai will allow you to push your enemies, and people just getting in the way, off tall buildings. The ICA agent has already been to some of the most lavish places in the world to conduct his deadly take on justice, including a high-end Paris fashion show, a high-speed motor race in Florida, and a luxurious hotel in the Maldives. Dubai is going to be no different, with the gameplay trailer showing off fancy hotels, as well as lots of opportunities to bypass security by scaling the buildings.

Carrying over from HITMAN 2

HITMAN (2016) and HITMAN 2 levels will be carried over to HITMAN 3. You will be able to play the full ‘World of Assassination’ from start to finish with all the features of the latest game without having to swap games. The 20-plus strong location set will start in HITMAN’s Paris fashion show level. While we don’t know where it will end just yet, we know it will cover all continents.

That’s not all though, if you’ve been grinding on HITMAN 2 for the best part of two years then don’t worry about losing your favorite weapon. Your unlocks will carry over to the new game. Weapons, outfits and starting locations will all be saved from the previous game for you to use in the latest addition.

The Cast

null

David Bateson is retaining his role as Agent 47. The South African actor has voiced the world’s most popular hitman many times before starting in Hitman: Codename 47 (2000), but also all three games in the new trilogy.

Teaming up with David is Jane Perry who returns as Agent 47’s ‘Voice in the Ear’, Diana Burnwood. Jane Perry has appeared in many games, including all three games in this trilogy, but also in Crysis 3, Alien: Isolation and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.

The main antagonist of HITMAN and false antagonist of HITMAN 2, Lucas Grey, also returns to help take down ‘The Constant’, played by Philip Rosch. The childhood friend of our main character will again be portrayed by Alice in Wonderland actor John Hopkins.

Philip Rosch has worked with some of the biggest names in acting, including Joaquin Phoenix, Meryl Streep and Tim Burton. His portrayal of villain ‘The Constant’ will be the third entry in the HITMAN series for the British-American actor.

The young hacker Olivia Hall is returning too. The hacker turned ally will be voiced by a new actress for HITMAN 3 after previously being voiced by Michelle Asante. This will be the first video game role for Isaura Barbe-Brown, who has previously played French witch Laurena Kama in Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
