Dragon’s Dogma 2, the sequel ten years in the making, is finally right around the corner! But before we can lose our hearts to charming winged beasties, we first need to consider the age-old question: Which edition do I get? Worry not, as we have you covered; here are the two digital editions available and the related pre-order bonuses:
Standard edition
While the Standard edition comes with the base game and nothing more, those who pre-order still receive the Superior Weapons Quartet pack! This pack contains a set of weapons for the starting Vocations, Fighter, Thief, Mage, and Archer, to help you get going and take on the foes of the land!

The Deluxe edition
The Deluxe edition, in addition to the pre-order bonuses, comes with a set of extra items that make getting started much easier. The A Boon for Adventurers - New Journey Pack contains:
- A special camping kit you can purchase from shops
- 1500 Rift Crystals for hiring pawns or purchasing special items
- A set of music and sounds from the original Dragon’s Dogma you can toggle on
- A Wakestone to restore the dead to life
- The Art of Metamorphosis tome, which allows you to edit the appearance of the Arisen or your main Pawn
- A set of Harpysnare Smoke Beacons to entice the flying furies
- An Ambivalent Rift Incense to edit your Pawns inclination
- A Heartfelt Pendant, and
- A Makeshift Gaol Key if you happen to find yourself behind bars.
- Additionally, you’ll receive the Ring of Assurance, the adventurer’s safeguard.
