The publisher has confirmed its plans - but what will we see?
Konami has declared that it will not be taking part in the upcoming E3 showcase - but with good reason, says the publisher.
The development teams are working on 'multiple key projects' over the coming months and into 2022, but with nothing ready to show just yet, the publisher has decided to skip June's event, which is one of the year's biggest occasions for game-related announcements.
In a statement on social media during the initial batch of E3 announcements, Konami said: “Due to timing, we will not be ready to present at E3 this year. We want to reassure our fans that we are in deep development on a number of key projects, so please stay tuned for some updates in the coming months.
"While we are not participating this year, we have great respect for the ESA and know that 2021 will be a great success. We shall continue to support the ESA and wish the best to all participants at this year’s show."

We already know that a next-gen PES 2022 is in development, but we're eager to see what other franchises or new IPs Konami has up its sleeve.
