The Cutest Monsters in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak

Lunagaron — resembles a wolf and just looks super cool, it looks like he could use a good scratch behind the ears and a tummy rub.

Tobi-Kadachi — with a poofy tail and the ability to glide in the air like a flying squirrel, Tobi-Kadachi looks pretty sweet. Like a kid dragging their feet on carpet and generating static electricity, the same thing happens with Tobi’s fur as it rubs on the ground.

Malzeno — looks like a mix between a dragon and a predatory bird like a hawk or eagle. It has feathers and looks kind of frightening in an it’s-going-to-eat-me kind of way, but once you get past that you notice that it has gentle eyes so it may not rip you to shreds — or at least it will hesitate before it does. 

Gowngoat — not necessarily the most adorable monster when they are grown, but they are guaranteed to be the softest and most fluffy!

Lucent Nargacuga — with all its soft fur and a cute face, I think coming across one, especially a young one would be adorable; just watch out for that huge spikey tail!

Kulu-Ya-Ku — Kulu’s are a mash-up of a dinosaur like the Velociraptors from the first Jurassic Park movie and large birds to give it a really cool-looking feather mohawk, it’s cute because they look like they think they look so tough!

Bombadgy — these chubby monsters look like a chunky raccoon or a tanuki, they look pretty content and lazy and not much of a threat.

Boggi — this small wyvern is super cute and energetic, bouncing around like crazy. They look like they just want to play with the other members of their pack!

Pukei Pukei — these guys look like if you mixed a chameleon with a toad: they have a long tongue and a poisonous tail to defend themselves. With a cute face and large eyes they remind me of Toothless from the How To Train Your Dragon films.

Cahoots — these creatures aren’t really monsters like some of the other entries on this list, as they are considered to be like pets, but these little owl guys sure are adorable, especially since you can even dress them up in tiny little outfits!

Buddy

Palicoes — a super cute cat-like creature who stands on two legs and helps out by working in the villages as shopkeepers or for hunters as chefs or comrades! 

Palimutes — an adorable mix between a wolf and a fox, these companions outfitted with armour will accompany you on your journey.
