Talented artist Kraven3D has returned with yet another great value mini-kit. This time he's turned his attention to a run-down or abandoned playground, with a whole host of amazing GameGuru MAX-ready assets. Ideal for post-apocalyptic, Dystopian, Modern Day or even Horror games!
Included in this pack, you'll find assets for playground equipment, including slides, carousels, seesaws, sandpits and even a basketball court- all in various states of decay - from almost new to broken. In addition, you'll find a number of props including fences, benches and multi-purpose surrounds for use around the sandpit, to create defined play areas or even add flower beds.
Most assets are provided with a number of texture variations, so you can get just the look you need.
