Cooperative Multiplayer

You can play solo or with up to three other players. Each one of you will control a hero in combat but all of you will have to work together and decide what's best for the group... will you help the farmers against a group of small fiery demons or will you search among the ashes for nice loot?

Assemble a party of Heroes

Choose among 12 unlockable characters and form your party. Each one of them has his own cards, items, mechanics, stats and strengths... it's not the same to play with a fire wizard than a shadow mage, would you play with two healers or rather play with a damage-oriented group?

Dynamic Deck Building Rogulite

More than 500 upgradeable cards and 200 items to choose, will let you customize your heroes with different builds: poisons, bleeds, defensive skills... there are a lot of combinations that you can apply to each hero.

An envolving adventure

Each game will be different. Take a path, fight your way through it, complete quests and the world will evolve in front of you. Lots of hidden places and mysteries to be solved await you in Across the Obelisk

If you like slay the spire, this game is a less randomized game with lots of unlocks and character builds that is great. Furthermore there is coop for the game so you can share the load for the builds and get your friends to do it. You can find great synergies with each of your 4 characters, which can have another 4 potential variations of those character classes. Only issue is you might need some guides to find all the random unlocks you can get in each run. Overall great game with significant replayability similar to slay the spire and at a great price on sale.

StS inspired game but with co-op, itemization/equipment, and some quirky flavor. Great with a buddy for sure.

The game combines elements of Slay the Spire with a multi-player, turn-based RPG. It is not as fast-paced as Slay the Spire, as there are 4 characters to control, each with their own turn. It has some story elements and character backstory to reveal, but nothing that gets in the way of gameplay. It seems most fun to play this game with online with friends (or find a few by joining open games). The pacing could use some improvement. Many of the enemies just have too many hit points. And it becomes a tedious, longer battle. But otherwise, this is a good game.

Tricky to learn, runs go on too long, multiplayer is frustrating. Still fun though.

A flawed but fun take on rpg deckbuilding that mashes up ideas from games like slay the spire and darkest dungeon. It can be a little overcomplicated, and runs definitely go longer than they need to, especially when you're starting out and learning the systems. I recommend playing on fast mode and using a guide/wiki to make unlocking new characters smoother. The multiplayer co-op was a bit of a let-down, because it tends to make the game slower, longer and more complicated than it already is. This is a real shame, since the multiplayer is one of the game's big selling points.

5/5 Deckbuilder Rogue Like

I was looking for a deckbuilder rogue-like and this hit the nail on the head so much, it has a lot of depth and many different outcomes and secrets that i was not expecting. I played it for 46 hours so far and still have 4 characters to unlock and haven't seen some parts of some maps. The only downside for me personally was that once i have unlocked all cards i didn't feel like continuing to play even though i still have to upgrade my town, unlock characters and try more and higher madness modes. I just wish that for every character you unlock, you also unlock new cards, i miss unlocking new cards or new maps. Other than that i still gave me 46 hours of great gameplay where i was able to try out my own unique methods and card/hero composition. Runs take a long time though, hours often, but you can quit when ever and start off from where u started or just begin a new run without deleting the old run (i think 3 save slots, never used more than 1) Still highly recommend this game for its price, there are also weekly challenges and other thinks with a ranking system if thats your thing. There is also a coop mode so you can play with your friends but i haven't tried that.
