Though this is still in Early Access, the developer is working on this every so often. It is a fun concept. You look for flowers and other materials, go back to the shop, dump in the proper materials into the cauldron, you make the potion.
Besides the main function of running a potion shop, you also get to garden (shocker), and decorate your shop. They recently added 3rd person mode as well, which allows you to costumise your avatar.

Relaxing and fun with a couple problems.

This game was a lot of fun. They stopped updating for a while so people got a bit angry but now they are updating once again. The gameplay was cathartic for me. You build a garden until you are satisfied and then eventually sell potions to buy decorations and items. There was a lot of relaxing fun to be had hear if that all sounds good. The alchemy game was extremely repetitive however and I have heard they got rid of my favorite area in the newest update so those are some things to take into consideration. If anything you can always wait until it leaves early access, but I do recommend giving it a try!

I think the game was pretty alright for an alpha. It has a tons way to go but for what it was it was really fun. I played up to 4 hours straight on my first time playing. I understood the mechanics and everything else pretty quickly. I do hope they're able to add more to the game as it can get pretty repetivite very quickly though

Edit II:
Sadly have to change my previous positive to a negative review. Progress in this game is really slow. I could have worked with that. But the moment I finally had some money and went to buy furniture to make my house look nicer, all my previous furniture was deleted. Including my alchemy table, several chests and what I had put inside, the bed, and shop table. While most of that is replacable, the alchemy table cannot be bought anywhere. So my game basically became unplayable and I really don't want to replay the last 5 hours put into this game. Really sad, the game was lovely and funtional before these updates... :(
-----
Edit (after several updates):
I played the game again after letting several updates pass and I have to admit that I am disappointed. i loved the game before but now it seems more like a shadow of the previous version. The map is smaller or now missing certain areas (the swamp is gone). There is now only one house (there were three you could buy and design previously) and plants now can spawn everywhere (certain plants could only be found in the swamp before), which I find a bit sad.
The added cave area is just sad and empty (there are only a few minerals you can find there, that's it).
The alchemy part is also a lot more boring now. While you had to grind the plants and combine the base potion with a certain combination of plants before, plants now only have an "element" attached to it. Brewing potions now involved combining said elements, specific plants are not needed. You can also now fail making said potions.
In general very sad changes in the game, I'll probably play a bit more and maybe change this review to a negative one.
______
This game is beautiful.
The graphics are the game's strongpoint, it really does look amazing. The idea is also quite nice and interesting but the end result is not perfect yet. There are only 3 different parts of the map (city, forrest and swamp), in which there is not that much you can do. You walk around adnd collect flowers, wood, stone and coal, maybe buy some seeds in town (a small number of houses gathered around a big tree), then you go to your home and plant the seeds in order to brew potions. These you can sell in your shop to make money for more seeds. It's easy and simple and relaxing but there could be a lot more variety in the gameplay.
Don't get me worng, I still love playing it from time to time, just to take care of some plants and look at my garden grow but it does not keep...

Alchemy Garden is a pretty cute, and simple to play management game, where you collect diverse resources, check on available alchemy contracts, buy some equipment and manage your alchemy store. Aaaand, that's it. I feel it being a little too repetitive quick due to all the game days, working as described. At least, there aren't really any “losses” you can make which result in difficult management situations (Going perhaps too far with those example, but I would hate if they were bandits trying to steal your potions, or hearth-quake which could ruin your plantations). There isn't really any substantial story from what I played, just some backstory from the NPC's when you talk to them, without any actual interactions or story to discover throughout the game.

No story in the game or anything to actually work towards

There is no story in the game or anything to actually work towards. You can buy a bunch of land, but that is pointless because you will get tired too fast to even use all that land you bought. Even if you can get passed that, you wouldn't want to, because you have to water everything yourself due to the fact there is no other way to water your stuff but to use a watering can.
