About Borderlands 2

About this game

Developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games.

In Borderlands 2, you'll get to play as one of the four characters in a hectic, chaotic, yet hilarious first-person looter shooter! Go up against all sorts of psychos in this massive new world, including the evil mastermind, Handsome Jack. Make new friends, equip bazillion of weapons, and fight alongside up to three others in co-op!

New, New, New!

There are four new playable classes in this entry to the beloved Borderlands franchise: the Siren, the Commando, the Gunzerker, and the Assassin! Each of them has a speciality, adding tons of replayability to the game!

Dynamic Co-op!

Jump in and out of the campaign with your friends easily and at any time in this dynamic co-op mode! Whether you play online or through LAN, you'll be able to take all the gear you earned with you!

Fight Hyperion Corporation

Go on a quest for revenge through the frozen tundra of Pandora! Expose the hidden evil within the Hyperion Corporation, and take on its nefarious CEO — Handsome Jack!

Even More New Stuff!

It's not just the arsenal of new guns and the new gun system you should be excited for — shields, grenades, relics, class mods, and much more cool loot is waiting for you in Borderlands 2!

Lively World

As you travel through Pandora, you'll cross all sorts of settings and terrains — from the frozen tundra to the dangerous grasslands and the corrosive caverns! This adventure will take you to all sorts of fun places.

Brand-new Enemies!

There are bigger and badder enemies this time around: gorilla-like Bullymongs, vicious Stalkers, and even the mechanical Hyperion army are all ready to end your quest!

This game has a delightfully weird sense of humour and a really great level of customisation! The story was well done and made the whole experience even better.

Borderlands 2's gameplay is what you expect from an fps looter shooter style rpg game. Dozens of quests to do with even more guns to choose from and not to mention each characters abilities. If you have played the first game you will love this second installment. Even if you're the gamer who likes the lore this game is just as good by itself.
