Keep The Dome Intact
Dome Keeper is a roguelike survival miner in which you must defend your dome from wave after wave of monsters. Between each attack, you must dig beneath the surface in search of valuable resources and artefacts. You can use these resources to choose powerful upgrades and bonuses.
Move Quickly
It is a skills-based game that requires quick reflexes and hand-eye coordination. The objective of the game is to keep the dome intact while avoiding enemy attacks with increasing difficulty. Can you mine the resources you need to improve your dome and defend it more efficiently?

Great indie roguelike, with plenty of upgrades to keep each run interesting. Several different ways to change up each run: characters, map size, weapon upgrades, focus on different aspects of mining. Very easy to pick up and play for an hour or two.

I’ve only played for a couple hours on my Steam Deck a couple days ago. but i am enjoying it. I would recommend this to people who like challenging games (like me). I started out on Hard just to see how it works, but i might move up to Brutal once I complete a run
The game in a nutshell is: Go into the mines, break rocks to get ores, bring the ores up to your dome (or don’t if a wave is incoming), rinse and repeat until you get the big rune to complete your run (which I haven’t done yet, i’m just assuming it’s a big rune).
You can also find upgrade runes in the mine that can give you some good upgrades, like for example: a bomb that you can use to break multiple rocks, you can upgrade said bomb’s blast radius and how it explodes. Or a laser that can stun an enemy for a period of time, which is good if it hits one of the fat shooter monsters (not sure what their actually called) since they can do a lot of damage to your dome.
I give Dome Keeper a 4, mainly because I haven’t seen the game fully, but i do enjoy it.
