In Esports Life Tycoon you are a manager of an esport team and you need to manage the team properly, upgrade the infrastructure as best as you can, meanwhile you keep the team together.
The gameplay for Esports Life Tycoon is interesting at first, but won't give anything new in the career later on. It's only interesting around 30-45 minutes. This is the same amount of time, when the game starts become a grind fest. Also, you can play matches too, but you can only control your team members' behavior, which is pretty weird, considering you are a manager, not a coach. Other weird and unrealistic events could happen, like when one of my players want me to buy a 1200$ mouse or he won't play at all, or when Harley Queen got into my house and told me, if I don't pay her 3000$, she will brake things in my house. Another weird thing is, you can't earn more fans in a regular mansion, but you will earn more than 100 million fans, if your team live in a "space mansion"... why? Preparing for a match starts to become boring, because the scouting-practicing-learn tactics order always works and won't give anything new... well, except the weird bug, when you are in a higher league, go against a lower rating team, but still got beat up when you play your matches with the CPU, but when you control your team, you squash that team. Win percentage in this game are bigger mystery, than the Bermuda Triangle. So, long story short the game is not perfect, rather boring and grindy game, I wouldn't recommend it... but somehow I quite liked it.
