F1 Manager 2023 is a racing game that provides players with unprecedented control of their chosen F1 team. This game includes 23 official races, six F1 Sprint events, new cars, new circuits, and new drivers. Players are able to build their legacy by managing every aspect from the factory to the garage, planning and executing race strategies, and managing staff and facilities. There is also a brand-new mode called Race Replay which allows players to relive key moments from the 2023 FIA Formula One® World Championship. 

Dynamic Racing

F1 Manager 2023 features stunning visuals for an immersive race weekend experience. Every decision counts when it comes to strategy and performance as incidents can affect a driver’s confidence, pit crew fatigue can lead to errors during pit stops, and overheated tyres could impact strategic options. Players must manage these situations carefully in order to have a successful season. They must also take their drivers through practice and qualifying sessions in order to hone their strategies for race day. 

Dominate The Track

In addition to dynamic race weekends, F1 Manager 2023 contains other exciting features such as hiring experienced Sporting Directors in order to manage pit crew training regimes and poach drivers instantly or wait until they become available in the next year. Furthermore, players can simulate F2 and F3 championships in order to uncover new talent and develop parts for their car with performance, reliability, and cost variables in mind.  All of these features come together into one incredible package designed for those who want total control over their teams throughout the entire 2023 season – and beyond!
