The best part of House is the tone the game has where every family member will die and kill you, so you are tasked with figuring out new things with every cycle to get one of the many endings. You might need some help from a tutorial when you're stuck.

This game really surprised me. I knew nothing about it going into it, and was shocked by how abruptly it gets dark and violent.
It's basically a gameplay loop that requires you to learn from each day what will happen, and act to prevent or make things happen to make it to a certain ending. If you can, go into it blind and try to figure out what the heck is going on. But it's well worth the price of admission.

A fascinating little game. Figuring out how everything works is quite challenging and mindbending. The house is a terrible opponent and you’re nowhere safe. The game kept me in its grip until I saw all endings.
