My first couple playtroughs were really awful because unknowingly i blocked all my active quests by talking to or responding to specific flagged npc's that either should have been ignored or avoided asking of a question... ; it felt really weird ... ; but after the initial trial and error face, i became aware of the need to follow a specific route or questline and to ignore everything else..., the game is submersive, story rich, voiced, animated and ofcourse, much alult content!!
