Experience the aftermath of the legendary Arthurian legend and what happens once The Once and Future King meets his demise. Partake in fulfilling the prophecy, as you take control of Sir Mordred and must slay King Arthur... or whatever it is he became after the Lady of the Lake dragged him into Avalon.
Experience the Arthurian legend through a unique perspective as you embark on a journey as Sir Mordred and witness the aftermath of The Battle of Camlann. Forge Sir Mordred to be who you want him to be with King Arthur: Knight's Tale's morality and belief
With King Arthur: Knight's Tale's morality and belief systems, shift Sir Mordred into the character you want him to be. Rule with an iron fist and make tyrannical decisions or be a fair King, and select whether your beliefs (and thus, those of your subjects) follow the Old Religion or whether you'll take the new Christian faith. Furthermore, unlock unique rewards for your devotions, including more Round Table Knights to join your cause and unique traits and perks.
Build your own Round Table with familiar personalities from the legends. Embark on a quest with Sir Mordred to forge a formidable Round Table to foil King Arthur's wretched plans with characters such as the notorious Morgan Le Fay and Sir Lancelot, King Arthur's best friend.
Forging groups of four members at a time, select from a vast roster of over 30 characters spanning six classes and embark on quests to fight against the undead forces and take back Avalon. Level up and select the knight's perks to create a group for every occasion. Be wary, however, for your heroes are not immortal...
Your knights are mortal and as such, will face the consequences if injured in battle. You must ensure that Camelot has the right facilities necessary to bring them back to health, or they will fall to their injuries.
Your knights will not tolerate your actions for long, as they each have their own beliefs and moralities that you must work around. Followers of the Old Religion will not tolerate the Christian belief being humoured for long, and those who wish for you to rule with kindness will not accept tyrannical behaviour. Fail your knights enough, and they will abandon your party and even turn sides against you.
The journey doesn't end once you've fought bravely and brought about the demise of The Once and Future King, as you'll then be able to engage in end-game content fit for only the bravest of kings. Fight against tough new challenges, including mythic boss fights, random quests, and more loot- and character-based progression that culminates in the banishing of the tenebrous god-king of the Fomorians, Balor.
