In order to make your experience even better, there are real-world machines in the game that have been painstakingly recreated visually and physically! Overall, if you're looking for a title that prioritizes the act of mowing in peace, enjoying the outdoors, and don't want a bunch of complicated side-facets hampering the end-user experience - perhaps even as you're listening to music, or a podcast - you honestly cannot go wrong with Lawn Mowing Simulator. It may not be as involved as other products on the market per se, but it does prove that simplicity is not always a bad thing. The only drawback off the top of my head that I can really think of is the price. If this is something you absolutely HAVE to play at $20 USD, you can certainly do worse - but I would only recommend you do so whilst factoring in the DLC experiences (currently Ancient Britain, and Dino Safari). The vanilla product, while still a great deal for a ten-spot, could start to wear thin after awhile. In fact, depending on your personal level of engagement with this, and/or simulation titles in general, you may even want to try before you buy through Game Pass while it's an option.

I love simulation games, when I could mow the lawn on house flipper 1 I found it very relaxing. To find a game that's about lawn mowing is great. This game is perfect if you just want to shit off from the world and mow some lawns!

This is easily the most fun you can have while building a mowing company empire. The gameplay is really good here. The level of detail they packed in, while still providing gameplay simple enough is really amazing. Often it is the controls that make me not like a game, not the case here. This game's solid controls make it so that almost anyone could pick this game up and have a relaxingly good time almost immediately. Now while all of that sounds great, let me talk briefly about the other side of the game. The graphics, especially the actual grass is a bit dated in appearance. I play cartoonish games a lot, so this doesn't bother me, but for those insisting on the very highest levels of realism, that will pardon the pun, not make the cut. The lawns over all do look good, it's just that the way they are rendered that makes them look behind the times a bit. I have not owned this title long enough to speak a lot on replayability, but I do feel this game has some. I keep coming back and playing, but I am still on my first build. It is so relaxing that I want to come home and sometimes just pull this up, and tune out the world while I mow, phone on airplane mode. This game is also however deeper than I have gone yet, with many options to fine tune and grow the mowing business into your dream biz. I think even those who would casually play a sim game will enjoy this one.
