If you want to relive the nostalgia of metal slug or even pick up up for the first time I'd definitely recommend this game. It is optimised to not have Terrible fps like metal slug 2 as it's a good place to start in the series.

Nothing much to talk about. It's an old classic.
The game runs mostly fine. There's a few issues here and there with framerate dropping and overall the port (even though it's just an emulator) being a bit janky but I've had a ton of fun with friends and it really took me back 15+ years.
Decent buy if you're craving some of that "ROCKET LAUNCHER!" nostalgia.
