The two games were decently fun. The Redux did exactly as it said it would. It brought these two games back. Might be a showing of age, but I still remembered these games as 'recent', but I was entirely caught off guard when I learned just how aged they really were when I thought it looked odd. Still, despite the occasional audio oddity from 2033 and the frustration of Last Light on where the heck I was going to go, I had a solid time with these games overall.
I ended up enjoying the level designs (with a few exceptions in some areas) of Last Light and gun-play way more than in 2033, but going through both of them in just a few days was a blast. Even though these games are not very long (except if you're going for both endings in each), it still tells a thrilling tale of Artyom and his hero's journey through this broken world very well. Where do we go from here? I guess this calls for an Exodus.

A truly awesome bundle for a great gaming series. I love the story for this and that its coming from a perspective not as commonly seen in the western world, Russia. This is even more interesting given the post apocalyptical world. I enjoy playing through the story, and despite being pretty terrible at shooters in general, I can still manage.

This is a great bundle for the original Metro games and I enjoyed revisiting the action survival FPS game. It is set in a post apocalyptic world and might not be as smooth to play and progress as other similar action FPS games but the survival aspects is where this game really comes into its own because as the game character, you have to constantly gather better weapons and information that will help you survive the missions or die trying as happens a lot in this game if you don't try to survive and improve your fight skills. In the end it is a great game and I can recommend it to anyone that wants a challenging FPS combat survival game. Emphasis is on survival in the game.
