In Northgard, take control of a clan of Vikings (with several to choose from) as you embark on a quest to take control over enemy clans' land and win the match with numerous win conditions, including Fame, Wisdom, and even World Domination in this strategy RTS!

Story Mode — Rig's Saga

After the High King has been slain at the hands of Hagen, the leader of the Clan of the Raven, you'll take control of Rig as you embark on a quest to find the island of Northgard and avenge your father with your fellow clan! Engage in increasingly-complex missions as you guide your clan to victory with varying win conditions and difficulties!

Choose Your Clan

To explore the single-player campaign with 11 chapters to go through alongside the multiplayer mode, you'll need to master the six starting clans — Eikthyrnir, the Stag Clan; Heidrun, the Goat Clan; Fenrir, the Wolf Clan; Huginn and Muninn, the Raven Clan; Bjarki, the Bear Clan; and Slidrugtanni, the Boar Clan — to gain power over your foes! With different playstyles, focuses, win conditions, units, and buildings, you'll have to adapt according to your starting clan and persevere to victory to claim the continent of Northgard for yourself!

Welcome to Northgard

Welcome to Northgard; time to survive! The harsh winter cold, the undead Draugr, and the wolves will be only your starting hurdles, as you'll have to fight bears, spectral warriors, neutral factions — such as the Jötunn, Kobold, Dwarf, and Myrkalfar — and even the fearsome Fallen Valkyries! Surviving Northgard isn't a feat for the weakhearted — Valhalla awaits.

Explore and Expand

Land on the shores of Northgard and begin colonising by getting woodcutters and food gatherers to survive your first winter, then move on to expanding your land, encountering other clans, and conquering the cruel lands of the North!

Continuous Expansions

With new clans, receive brand-new updates to spice up the game! Explore the Ragnarok versions of the maps, filled with deadlier foes and catastrophic terrain. Can you survive Ragnarok? Also learn of the Northgard Relics waiting to be rediscovered and weaponised, with five common relics and one for each clan! And finally, explore the Northgard Conquest, a solo or co-op game mode offering numerous challenges and hundreds of hours of extra content! Work together, survive together.
