Investigate Illusion

Take on the role of Robert Hawk, an investigative journalist who has disappeared along with his wife Sara. The police find only their wrecked car after a car crash. Officers suspect that a man called "Illusion", a serial killer about whom Hawk has written investigative articles, may be involved in their disappearance. As a result of a car accident, Hawk finds himself in the world of "Illusion" and must navigate through puzzles in order to survive.

Investigate Yourself

You must find out who is behind the dark world, but to do so you will need to manipulate and favor others. Along the way, you will encounter moral choices and secondary quests which can lead to tens of different endings. The game also features a realistic system of determining the mental state of your character. Additionally, there are activities to take part in — such as writing your own diary, reading text messages, or playing mobile games — in order to avoid going crazy. There is also a survival mode for those looking for more of a challenge. And with random elements, no two playthroughs of the game will be the same.

Investigate Puzzles

The game includes numerous optical puzzles and illusions to stimulate your imagination, extra activities to allow you to forget about your situation, moral choices and various endings that test your humanity, and various game modes and secondary quests. The atmosphere of the game is loosely inspired by the film SAW, and you can use objects from your surroundings to solve puzzles.
