"The show leaves a bit to be desired, but the game is full of breakneck firefights and stunning action set pieces"

"Quantum Break is a stylish, often-exhilarating third-person shooter wrapped up in a tautly paced tale of time travel."

This game is shot like a movie in FOV fashion, then animated a bit without rotoscope cell shading. Any modern PC system will still have some struggles due to the enduring nature of this content. My rtx2080 ti literally burned out from the heavy play of this title. Which is a great game. Just very demanding and runs way better on a console it was originally designed for.

Quantum Break is a third-person shooter with a heavy focus on the story, which tells an interesting tale about time-travling. You can manipulate time and therefore use cool abilities in combat. The enemies can be quite tough, meaning that you'll need the abilities. Also interesting: The story is told in chapters and between each chapter you get to see a short movie filmed with real actors. Your decisions during the gameplay affects the movies as well.

Mehhh, pretentious and Innovative but a toast to play

It becomes tedious an boring. I stopped playing halfway despite famous actors involved. Too much innovation but not compelling. Mass effect 2 is a much funnier and better game ( I know if u've playedit too it's one of the best out there and the comparison is unfair but really it's much it)

Staff Review
Quantum Break is a concept that comes to life with the in-depth narrative and heavy action gameplay. The live action cut-scenes stand out remarkably well and contribute to the high production value feel of the game, with incredible acting impacted by the choices you make in the game.

Great game. Highly recommend to at least give it a try if you aren’t a fan of the Alan wake/Control series.
