I recommend Reventure to anyone who enjoyed adventure platformer games from back in the day because this pays homage to the retro games before it. I played through over 30 endings before I decided that I had enjoyed enough of the game.
Here's what you need to know:
+Plays well off of what you'd find in Zelda games, with a consistent well done look & sounds.
+100 endings can be found in a wide variety of obvious (death, killing, etc) and non obvious ways.
+Jump height is limited by number of items carried, with a few exceptions, which brings some strategy to what you pick up affecting what areas you can access.
+Items can allow access to certain areas, environmental effects, certain abilities, or certain endings
+The charm and humor of the game are great, often in parody but sometimes in original content.
?The hint system is alright where slips of paper give a phrase about what a specific numbered ending might involve. Some might be too vauge to make sense of.
-Some parts such as picking up certain equipment can get repetitive, though certain equipment becomes easier to get either when completing certain endings or a number of endings.
?There really isnt much in terms of enemies to fight, but this game isnt about defeating a bunch of enemies either.

I can see this game being great for people who like...well who like this game. Don't get me wrong, it's great, just not really for me. The premise is great and all, i just don't like repeating things over and over the way you need to in this game. You're not playing this for the platforming I'd say, but more for the comedy and that aspect is done really well.
