About SimplePlanes

About this game

Developed and published by Jundroo LLC.

In SimplePlanes, you'll spend your time building aeroplanes, flying them, and completing challenges! A perfect relaxing building game.

Every Piece

You'll have all the tools you need at your disposal to bring aeroplanes to life. Snap the parts together, add an engine, design and attach the wings, and then feel how it flies! Easy and fun.

Wide Selection

If you're done experimenting with your own creations, you can head over to SimplePlanes.com, where you'll have a selection of over 100,000 aeroplanes available for downloading! Within the options, you'll find old WW2 bombers and sci-fi spacecraft.

Rise Through the Ranks

You can also upload your own creations to the site, where others can download and try them out! The more planes you build, the higher you'll rank up — going from bronze to gold level builder!

True-to-life!

In SimplePlanes, every little design choice you make will impact the way the plane flies one way or another. This complex system takes into consideration the weight distribution, thrust, lift, and drag, which all calculate as you fly. If you've built something wrong, parts might break off; the fun doesn't end there, however! If you're a good enough pilot, you just might be able to continue flying and land.

Challenges!

Once you've got the plane you like the most — whether you downloaded it or built it yourself — you can get into the cockpit and try it out in one of the many challenges. There are numerous of them for you to tackle, and they include challenges such as escort bombers, landing aircraft carriers, and dodging surface-to-air missiles, among others!

Modding & Sandbox

If you want a free experience, jump into Sandbox Mode, where you'll be able to build with no restrictions or perhaps even download a mod. The Unity package includes specially designed tools to aid the community in making mods!
