The game itself is fine, but the Premium code is completely bugged. I've only received the Maid uniform and Shujin uniforms, with no word on when this issue will be fixed. Buy it on Steam if you're interested, not here! Edit: Issue above has been fixed.

Good JRPG but not as great as the other titles in the Megaten universe. Worth a buy at sale

A SMT dungeon crawler with Persona combat

Pros: - Ringo, a voiced female protagonist with a fun wisecracking personality. - The main cast is pretty well designed and voiced. - The story is pretty standard prevent apocalypse, save the world cliché of the Megaten games, no plot holes from what I've seen. - Nice visual design portraying the cyberpunk setting, it could very well be an anime movie. - Music is great as usual for the Megaten franchise. - Gameplay is pretty similar to the Persona games where you control 4 party members each equipped with demons adding their stats and skills to your repertoire. The only difference is hitting weaknesses do not gain you an extra turn, but instead adding stacks so Ringo can perform a demon all-out attack at the end of your phase. Cons: - Dull and boring dungeon designs, although not too frustrating like some of the previous SMT games. - Final boss of the main game was too easy compared to the DLC dungeon bosses since the recommended level to fight the last DLC boss is 99, and you have to finish the DLC story before fighting the main final boss. A good entry point for new fans of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, since it has a nice story and character interactions, and is not too difficult compared to the previous SMT games.

A lot of people didn't give enough credit to the game at launch due to the fact there was content missing, that we had paid for. The content is fixed. (Unsure about some packages that came with other keys, but the keys from this site should give you everything.) Overall the game is nicely paced. Not too hard and not extremely easy either. You still have to grind some levels from time to time. About 3-10 extra levels each in order to get to the final section without going through all the soul level stages. (I've only gone to level 2) Quests are easy exp, so pick them up.) The Lost Numbers DLC is harder than I expected, be sure to grind some levels if you want to take this on. Character level cap is 99, which isn't even needed to beat the main story on normal. The story is fairly simple, 5 covenants and 5 bearers, Kill one and gain a covenant. If one of them gets all of them theres no chance to save the world. However AI Entities from the planet's top secret organisation called Aion, which even the government doesn't know about. You play as one of the 2 AI Entities that were sent on a mission to save the world, which have the ability to raise the dead. They've only got one shot to change the future. To do that they team up with the people that had their covenants taken from them. Graphics is great. Don't know what people are talking about, the only difference is theres no actual drawn animation cutscenes, just CGI. Which if you like that you got yourself a good game. Soundtrack is excellent. Although there's no option in DLCs to buy it. Gameplay has capped fps (mine is at 60), but the game doesn't really need any extra frames. Conclusion, 4 stars. It should have Animated Cutscenes too, but with what it does have it does well at. The reason the frames are capped is because of Bad Coding, Denuvo has nothing to do with it, but even still they could have chosen a different DRM that is actually supported by many. The reason they don't is because they still have a lot of gamers that like their games regardless. DRM is not cheap to put onto games.
