Developed and published by Keen Software House.
In Space Engineers, you'll go to other planets and gather resources so you can construct all sorts of phenomenal things! From vehicles to outposts! Explore the planets around space and try to survive them as you build and engineer all sorts of things!
Authentic
Everything in the game features a realistic, volumetric-based physics engine, which means you can assemble, disassemble, and even destroy or damage everything! Items behave life-like, as they'll have mass, inertia, and velocity. Even individual modules have real volume and storage capacity!
Safer Together
Invite up to 15 others to join you in your adventures through space! You can all play it as a survival shooter, or you can just focus on exploring the world and constructing all kinds of stuff. Regardless, you can do so with others!
True-to-life!
Space Engineers aim to be as authentic as possible — from every item being destructible and having properties to the down-to-earth futurism: you won't find technologies that wouldn't be feasible in the near future.
Different Modes
Whether you want to play the game in a more relaxed way or take it on as a survival experience, you'll be able to choose, thanks to the different game modes! Try Creative and Survival modes to find what you like the most!
It's You!
Make yourself in-game, as you're able to customise your character, including their gender!
Steam Workshop
Space Engineers is a lot about freedom and fun, so you'll be able to jump into the Steam Workshop and browse through others' creations as well as upload your own. And it doesn't stop there either, as there's also a modding API!
And Much More!
There are a ton of other things in the game, such as exploring planets and moons, custom worlds, cities, procedural asteroids, visual script editor, weapons, and factions... there is a lot!
