About this game
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…
As Luke Skywalker and the Rebel Alliance struggle to defeat Darth Vader and the Empire, a new threat arises. Dark Prince Xizor, head of the Black Sun crime syndicate, aspires to take Darth Vader's place at the Emperor's side. To do that, he must eliminate young Skywalker. As Dash Rendar, it's up to you to protect Luke and help the Alliance defeat the evil Xizor. Watch out for infamous bounty hunters and deadly stormtroopers! May the Force be with you!

The game itself isn't bad. There are some awkward artifacts from its original design as an N64 game, like the incredibly cumbersome control scheme (by default you have to hold V to aim in third person, but there's no crosshair or reticle), and the entirely bizarre array of camera angle options you can switch between. The biggest issue, however, is display. Out of the box, the game stretches cinematics and runs them off-center of screen (not just slightly too high or low, but way up in the corner while actual gameplay fills the screen). This is solved relatively easily with the dgVoodoo2 wrapper, but it's unfortunate that you have to jump through these hoops to fix the game.

I love this game, I had to rebuy it on PC. Control are hit and miss. Also I heard the PC version had 2 bonus levels not included on the N64 version. For this price point, this is a steal!
