Campaign Mode

Whether you play co-op with up to three loved ones or you tackle the Campaign Mode alone, you'll find hours of frantic fun in this hilarious surgeon simulation game! And if you get tired of amputating legs and doing head transplants on the same levels, feel free to jump into the level editor and make your own! You'll have a ton of props, textures, and buildings to unleash your creativity, alone or with friends!

Competitive Mode

If you want to go scalpel to scalpel against your loved ones, consider trying out the frenzied Competitive Mode, where you'll fight in free-for-all arcade and arena-style levels! And if your loved ones don't want to join you, just go fight strangers online!

Story Mode

Once you're done fighting each other for the best doctor award, go into Story Mode, either together or alone! Here you'll perform all sorts of operations, like opening ribcages, choosing transplant organs and — of course — making sure poor Bob survives the surgery! Just remember: a doctor's job is not an easy one; you'll need a ton of cooperation to succeed!
