Yono and the Celestial Elephant is a grand adventure, featuring carefully designed puzzles, treasure hunts, a sprinkling combat and a world full of people. Play as a young elephant tasked to save a world he’s never seen before, and explore the rich history of a kingdom where humans, zombies and robots live side by side.

Yono is a fun, short, little game that focuses on story and puzzles and not combat. Most of the puzzles are not at all difficult, though a couple near the end are a little tough. There is a little bit of combat that is lackluster but is never janky. There are a couple of bosses in some of the dungeons that are pretty easy. The graphics are not top tier but if you can look past that then the story will make this game enjoyable. The game is well paced and doesn't overstay its welcome.

In short this is basically a Zelda-lite adventure game, plays like an NES classic but with a N64ish aesthetic and style. Great fun for adventure game fans and younger gamers. Gameplay is simplistic so far but also has tight controls, a decent soundtrack and charming characters.
