very fun. love the maps of towns you are familiar with.

This type of game was very new to me, but I found it easy to start playing and get very engaged in managing all the emergency vehicles. I mostly like the dialogue choices and felt that the game was pretty educational too. The multiple difficulty levels are great for those who want a bigger challenge vs. a moderate intensity management of all the emergency services.

In the first few minutes, the game can seem stressful. It is realistic, well done and confronts us with real problems of a 911 operator's life. On the other hand, there is a way to do some nice roleplay with co-op with this kind of simulator mini-games, by choosing, for example, your birth city or a city you like. You will then have "insides joke" and real life moments to integrate to entertain your audience on Twitch or Youtube.

I got while it was on sale purely cause it was a good sale and i was curious.. I thought it would be a simple management game.... but it's so much more... It's actually quite emotional... The acting for the phone calls are phenomenal... There was a phone call where it was a father calling about their daughter dying from overdose... and the acting and emotion was honestly shockingly amazing.

A decent simulation to kill some time. Some of the scenarios don’t give a lot of feedback in the shift report, so you find yourself figuring out what to do via trial and error. I stopped uninstalling when I felt like I was no longer thinking like a 911 operator and more like someone who wants to win a game.
