This game is a venture into an alternative timeline in which graphics and sensible game design were never invented.
Door in the Woods is an open world roguelike inspired by lovecraftian mythos. Explore a world in which every possible extinction scenario became reality - from zombie plague through alien invasion and to the awakening of the great old ones.
The player takes the role of one of the last survivors who is trying to make sense of the new reality in which even the most basic rules of physics do not always apply. Survival hinges not only on finding enough sustenance or fending off zombies but more crucially on keeping your mind intact and safe from the horrors. It turns out that suicide is sometimes the better option.

Can't say much nice about this game other than that the graphics style is nice. The gameplay is very slow and frustrating, you walk around looking for useful stuff and eventually you will be killed by some creature.
There are different scenarios you can play but apart from the first one they are locked. You have to collect enough points during your runs to unlock them. Thing is, that there is the option to lose all points you have collected if you die with your sanity completely gone (which happens very very quickly). And i personally don't see any reason to play the same scenario time and time again without much gain.
The the graphics. as cool as they look, are not used to full potential. Everything you can see, you will have seen after the first 5 minutes of exploring, houses are empty, outside there are only grass, swamp/ water and trees.
I am very disappointed by this game and cannot recommend it.
