Gedonia is an open world roleplaying game, inspired by oldschool classics. Become a simple traveller and adventure seeker, explore huge world of Gedonia, progress your character any way you want, discover hidden treasures and mysteries and fight vast array of enemies.
The vast world of Gedonia is a beautiful place with a lot of unexplored areas, and you are just a simple adventurer, who leaves home village in the search of a better life. But no matter which faction will you join, you are starting to notice strange events happening, that might bring something very bad to this world.
- Complete freedom of building a character in any way, you can be a powerful mage, strong warrior, agile assassin, charismatic leader, skillful crafter or anything in between.
- Join different factions with their own lore, characters, stories and quests

This is a fun little RPG. It is single player and you can build your character however you like. If you have a few points in Charisma you can have a companion follow you, which I definitely recommend. You get a horse very early on in the game which is great.

Love the effort that went into this game, you can tell heart was poured in here. The combat is simple yet enjoyable, and the world is really pretty to look at given its art style. However, in a world that should immerse you the story dialogue in this game is incredibly laughable, and pulls you out of the world quite frequently. If it wasn't for the low quality voice lines this would easily be a 4/5 star game.

The game is in early stages and shows it. Too many gangs standing around fires making constant obnoxious noises while waiting for some one to jump on and try to kill.
Why would a deer attack a person? Yet the deer always try to skewer you with their antlers. It is interesting that my character can't swim and essentially has to
walk along the bottom of the river to cross it in many places. Being able to swim would be nice. Trying to complete a mission task would be easier if I had a clue as
to where I should be going besides "South of town". In an open world that takes in a lot of ground. The Map should show the location my character needs to be or go to in order to fulfill a task or mission. The voices need work....too scripted and do not sound natural. As it is right now, it would appeal to 10 year olds.

There is a huge map to explore, the graphics and music are quite nice. I enjoy the possibilities the game offeres in regard to character customisation (you get a number of points to spend on certain characterstics, which influences the way you can play the game and the options you have).
Gedonia also is a big clunky, though. The combat gets frustrating and annoying quite quickly and I often felt lost and didn't exactly know what to do. That might be intentional and to make the player explore more, I pesonally was a bit discouraged to do that.
While I have a few problems with the game, I still enjoy playing it from time to time.
