About this DLC
DLC content requires Homeworld 3 to play. Nearly all DLC content is usable only in the War Games mode.
The Beastslayers return! An iconic kiith, last playable in Homeworld: Emergence, returns in Homeworld 3’s War Games mode. The indomitable Somtaaw fleets combine the classic firepower of the Hiigaran Navy and retrofit it with adapted industrial mining equipment. Somtaaw fleets prize survivability with reinforced armor and ion cannons on their Carrier and repair-capable Resource Controllers that can repair friendly ships in a pinch. Kiith Somtaaw also brings two all-new ships to War Games, the Acolyte Strikecraft and the Heavy Storm Frigate.

- The Pilgrim fleet - This fleet represents ancient Somtaaw lineage. It utilizes retrofitted Hiigaran ships with a focus on the all-new Acolyte Strikecraft.
- The Beast Slayer fleet - This fleet represents the warrior spirit of the Somtaaw, born of the fight with the Beast. It utilizes retrofitted Hiigaran ships with a focus on the Heavy Storm Frigate.
