The e-book will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF file. You can find it in the Steam folder of your game (the default folder would be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Solarpunk). If you chose a different installation directory, you will find the book files there. In the Steam Library, right-click the game title in the left sidebar – Manage – Browse Local Files

With the novella “Solarpunk – The Lost Compass”, you’ll experience the world of the game from a whole new perspective.
The story follows Riley Skye, who finds herself stranded on a remote world fragment after a devastating storm. As she fights to survive, gather resources, and build a new airship, she is driven by a far greater goal: to find her missing father and uncover the mysterious Solis Compass, an artifact that may decide the fate of her world. Throughout her journey across the sphere of Aerealis, Riley is forced to make difficult choices. Mistrust turns into alliance, survival becomes adventure, and the deeper she goes, the more questions arise about the world, its past, and its future. The novella combines personal stakes, suspense, and world exploration with the same sense of hope and new beginnings that defines Solarpunk.
The novella was written by Ben Calvin Hary. The German science fiction author has been the lead writer of PERRY RHODAN since late 2024, and he has also written stories connected to game worlds. Drawing on his experience in science fiction and games, he expands the world of Solarpunk with a thrilling new adventure.
