A decent oldschool platformer that reimagines the times of the nes. The controls are a bit wonky and don't feel too responsive but you cancertainly get used to it.
I'll rate it 6.5/10. Other games have achieved the same goal better and I'd recommend looking for those instead, like Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon or The Messenger.

I bought this game because of its obvious retro inspiration (based on one of my favorite childhood games) and pixel art-style graphics. But, it is way too hard. You die mainly from spikes or enemy projectile damage often. Also, I cannot figure out where to go after playing for about an hour. When a game is this frustrating, it's not fun IMHO. Maybe if you're one of those people who likes games such as this, but if not, then this game is not for you.
