First of all the good:
- The fighting is really fun and entertaining, the environment being destroyed and changed around you is awesome.
- Being able to change super saiyan forms whenever you'd like is honestly awesome, plus having to keep your resources in check when you do.
- The looks are STUNNING. Characters and the world looks amazing with the art style.
- The range of characters that you can play with makes the game fun, you can assemble your lineup of 3 of basically whoever you want.

The bad:
- The side quests are ANNOYING. At times it feels more like a recourse gathering game than a fighting game. (Like having you gather 7 apples before you can go fight the next boss.)
- I had some issues with the story, at times it felt like there had been whole seasons that were skipped. For a show with 300 episodes it went by super fast(things from episode 200 and on came up about 10-15 hours in).
- THE DLCS: Oh my word there's so much content behind these dlcs, and it really makes playing through this game again very unlikely.
In Summary: This game is worth a play if you have the option to. Though IF you get the chance to get the dlcs at a discounted price I'd wait for that before purchasing the game.

As a die hard DBZ fan, this game HITS THE NOSTALGIA SPOT. All I can say is if you grew up watching DBZ, get this game. You will find yourself feeling like a kid again watching Toonami with DBZ popping up.
