Isonzo is an immersive and atmospheric steam game that will take you on a journey through World War One Italy’s Isonzo river valley and the Alps. 

Mountain Warfare

You'll explore beautiful landscapes and battle fierce enemies as you experience the intense and harrowing reality of the Isonzo campaign, allowing you to experience the thrill of battle firsthand. Based on the offensives from the Sixth Battle of the Isonzo to the Strafexpedition, you’ll be in the mountains trenches trying to shore up defences before striking forth with your own attacks.

A Realistic Italy

All of the maps, from the city streets to mountaintops are recreated based on real world locations, down to the houses and very trenches you’ll be experiencing combat in. Not only that, but the weapons and equipment are also what real soldiers would have carried. Wire cutters, bandages, even the flare guns are modelled after real equipment from The Great War.
