Probably best series on Steam considering its features. The other sequels/prequel do not have an Endless nor a Gems shop. This does. Enemies are also rather well-defined all things considered. You can't go wrong with it.

Great fun Tower Defense game. Similar to other Kingdom Rush games it has 4 base towers, with 2 alternatives for each tower on reaching a '4th level' tower, and a range of Heroes to help in the battles.

One of the greatest franchises in tower defense games definitely doesn't disappoint. Just like the original, this game offers excellent strategic gameplay in a classic tower defense format with an entertaining variety of towers and heroes to customise your playstyle. The story isn't great--passable at best, annoying at worst--but the gameplay makes up for that by far. If you're a fan of tower defense games, this is a must buy. If you're interested in strategy games, it's definitely worth checking out.
