The Grimpond

The exploration mechanic doesn't make sense, as the locations involved are in the US during the industrial revolution. I shouldn't have to send a pioneer out to discover a corn field to link to my rail network. Micro-managing the workers at the industries and ferrying them to and from the locations isn't great either. I would much rather play Railroad Tycoon 2 or 3.
