I don't play a ton of platformers because I'm horrible at them, but Shantae and then Seven Sirens is very accessible! There are different modes with different difficulties for players of all skill levels, which I liked, and the more modern appearance over the older Shantae titles drew me in. The boss fights are a blast, transforming into critters to overcome obstacles is neat, and platforming is tight. If you're a fan of the genre, pick this up. My only complaint is the length. Full price is a bit steep for the amount of hours you'll get out of it.
