Welcome To Egypt
Jump back to Egypt during the 1930s, where Seteki the Witch Queen has risen from her tomb after 4,000 years to bring chaos to the world! It's up to the Strange Brigade to stop her and her army of monstrosities from wreaking havoc!
Exploration!
Throughout the campaign, you'll explore all kinds of places in Egypt — dangerous dig sites, prodigious pyramids, and perilous caves! And, while you're busy trying to stop Seteki's plague from spreading, you'll be able to cash in some loot!
Co-op!
Choose from the cast of characters, all very spirited agents who are trained to tackle supernatural threats! And what's best, you can invite up to three loved ones to join you and make a real Strange Brigade team! Find powerful weapons and unleash devastating magical powers — all in the same of saving the world!
Boss Seteki
Although Seteki's the main threat, you'll have to go through her army first, and it's filled to the brim with mythological menaces! From mummies and gigantic scorpions to fire-breathing assassins — this job won't be easy!
Be Careful!
Everywhere you go, there are traps trying to stop others from looting the treasures. But they probably didn't count on your wit! Use the environment to kill the enemies, but be careful around your team! You wouldn't want to unleash a spinning blade on them by accident! Wink, wink.

As if killing mummies, finding treasures, and exploring Egypt wasn't enough fun, you'll also have to find hidden entries and clues! Explore properly wherever you venture off to, as there might be something hiding for you to find!

With hordes of giant scorpions, mummies and Ghouls coming at you left, right and center - it's fair to say that players will have their hands full. Strange Brigade is an enjoyable shooter in solo mode, but it really comes to life during its online co-op gameplay. The game's quirky, charming narrative and characters will have you fending off the undead, discovering treasures and defeating bosses in 1930s fashion - all that's missing is the tea and biscuits!

A game in a somewhat unusual setting that is a lot of fun, especially in co-op. The Deluxe Edition includes the season pass with all DLC, such as new levels, new weapons and characters.

Played through the base campaign in 4 player co-op, which took 9 hours. It was quite fun, and we enjoyed the terrible puns and Imperial British voice overs. The gameplay is fairly straight-forward. Each mission moves you fairly quickly through an opening to a location where you fight against a horde of monsters, the path opening once they are defeated, and then you move through a bit more of a level, to a boss battle, and the mission ends. Some puzzles mix the gameplay up a bit, these are mostly, maybe even entirely optional, but we had fun finding and shouting out the clues, and solving most of the brain teaser ones, when we could work out how.
There is no friendly fire, but there is plenty of opportunity to trigger traps to take out your friends, or lock them into rooms, great fun! The only caveat really is that I don't think it's worth the full price. I think that it's an ok, fun game, with or without friends, but wait for a steep discount...
