Resourceful

In Starfield, the planets offer many resources to collect so that you may upgrade your gear and modify your weapons to be battle-ready for the next big fight!

Make It Yours

Characters aren't the only customisable in Starfield, as it wouldn't be a complete galactic experience without a vessel. Not only will you be able to customise the exterior and interior of your spaceship, but also upgrade it so that it's ready to take straight into real-time space combat!

The Galaxy Is Yours

Once you've made your character and readied your ship, it's time to explore the countless planets and environments available! From rocky moon surfaces to colourful and strange wildlife: Starfield invites everyone to explore the over 1,000 planets!

This Game is Great. I won't beat about the bush I'm just to old to do that now hahaha 😂 it's got everything that you need in a game about the Solar system, space or what's your preference etc you'll get a good enough. space ship and Job so you can go out and discover so much with time to enjoy it at your own pace weather its a speed run or nice and slow. Do other games and come back to it I love it and you can probably tell by my game review this is my first game I've ever played and paid for but I think I picked a good game to start with and love to start it up every day.

Game is too big and to empty the exploration is boring. The space combat is meh.Badly optimized even on a rtx 4090.

For a very long time I have been fascinated by space. I like games that allow me to do different things when I want. Starfield is one of the best games for that. If I want to spend some quiet time shooting rocks, there we go. How about finding the most beautiful sunrise? Yep. Blowing up ships? Certainly. Trading? Oh, who does that anyway. Sleeping in other people's ships? Hey, just wake me up before you take off, okay? It's a great game.

Definitely worth getting, love Bethesda but with all games there is flaws and room for improvement; not being able to fly on the surface of planets, not being able to visit certain gas giants, not being able to craft a rover (especially since the planets are insanely massive), no grid locking system to make placing items/furniture in your houses/store easier.

It’s pretty fun. If you enjoyed Elder Scrolls and Fallout games, despite their drawbacks, you’ll enjoy this game as well. The soundtrack is decent and the art book is cool if you don’t mind paying extra for it.

Starfield--Worth the wait!

I have been waiting for this game since I first heard about it almost 2 years ago. It does not disappoint! Pros: Sweeping story arcs, fascinating NPCs, rich history, great gameplay! Cons: Serious lack of gameplay documentation (thank goodness for the internet to fill in those gaps), a few missions had bugs (frequent saves can help with this), the game is a massive GPU hog & is definitely NOT optimized for Nvidia GPUs -- Bethesda is "in bed" with AMD so Starfield is optimized for their video cards. I have a 3060ti and it freezes on dialog scenes and the characters lips don't match the words, gameplay occasionally freezes (to be fair I have not spent any time trying to optimize my video card or drivers yet to tweak the performance) annoying, but not too big a deal. My biggest issue is that like all Bethesda games (i.e Skyrim) inventory weight limits are a massive tedious pain (but probably realistic that your character can't carry around two tons in their space suit). Still, I keep thinking one phrase I have never heard uttered in the history of gaming -- "Gosh, I can't wait to spend more time doing inventory management, it just makes an action game SO much fun!!!" ;-) To be fair, there are in game mechanics to allow your characters to carry more. Overall, great game, lots of rich details! One example, I forgot to equip my companion with a weapon and during the fight he just charged an enemy with his fists and after taking them out, seized their weapon and continued the attack, very cool nuances like that. Definently worth the $$.

It's Skyrim, in space. What more needs to be said. Sure, it's a little more complicated, but I'll be more than happy to throw a few hundred hours into it.
