This is my favorite Star Wars game. There are multiple game modes, 24 maps, and around 30 land and space vehicles. This game contains no micro-transactions and multiplayer is still working. If the old graphics bother you, there are mods available online to fix that.

I played the stuffing out of this game on PS2, back in the day, so of course I took advantage of reliving those memories for only $1.99. I would indulge on Galactic Conquest mode until the entire Empire was either completely red or blue.
Nostalgia aside, Battlefront II is a worthy game in the Star Wars lineup, full of fun combat with nice weapons (especially when playing as a Jedi). Some missions are easier than others, all the more reason to watch your back since you'll never know when you'll get blown away during a mission. There is a pretty repetitive routine to put up with, so if you're looking for an action game with more variety, this might not be for you. Although, if you're a fan of Star Wars, you should pick up a cheap copy and try it out. May the force be with you.

Fun game with a good variety of infantry, vehicles, gamemodes and large-scale environments. For some reason the UI and cockpit views are done more lazily than they were on the first game but it's an improvement in pretty much every other aspect, and the maps from the first game can be ported over to the sequel with mods. Something I did miss that was in the first game and not in the sequel were spaceships in ground maps, which aside from Hoth are limited to space battles in the sequel.
