Do you remember Rambi the Rhinoceros? He is the animal buddy and ally of the Kong family in the Donkey Kong series games. Tembo The Badass Elephant has many similarities, it plays and feels almost the same. And there's a huge influence of Sonic the Hedgehog. I like that. Tembo The Badass Elephant is a fun little platformer with nice controls, tons of action (you can destroy a lot of things) and a high replay value. Xbox One Controller works perfect with the game.

Beautiful game, fantastic visual design. If all of Game freak's games looked like that, I'd actually consider it a good developer. Gameplay wise, it's a fun easy going platformer. Sadly, it uses a life system, which should be gone from games in this day and age. But overall, a great experience.
