The game offers 3 short episodes playing as Michonne who is a reserved but ruthless machete fighter. She suffers from hallucinations in the worst possible situations. Many but not all companions or characters who will remember her choices die out very quickly and do not evolve due to how forced the conflicts are and how little important dialogues happen.
Michonne is introduced with a couple of action challenges and few areas for exploring. Some situations are pretty badly explained and some previous choices do not really matter. There are things in dialogues that do not make sense.
Overall, it is a decent spin-off from the original stories and the story is not as impressive or dramatic, there are quite a few twists, surprises.
