Wanderslust Transsiberian didn't pull me in too much. It is very short (about an hour for one playthrough) and even in this one playthrough I didn't feel like my choices really mattered. Once i was even forced to backtrack because i didn't do what the game wanted me to. The main character is a very distrustful person who doesn't really want to be on this trip through Russia and his brother in law who wants to be there way too much. They are supposedly travelling together because main character's wife recently died but they don't talk about that too much (they don't talk to much to each other in general). Both Henry, the main character, and his BIL are not very likable. Henry is also stressed and/or fatigued most of the time and kinda moody, which makes the travelling experience a miserable one for the player as well. I didn't feel like the story had much of an impact or ended up somewhere different than what it started from. I also don't feel like playing it again because i doubt that the story changes much with decisions (like i said, i was pretty much forced to take a specific path and had to backtrack when i went "wrong").
