The Battlefield Hospital
In the heart of the terrifying turmoil that is World War I, we find ourselves in the shoes of Major Henry Wells, a seasoned British medic plucked from retirement to head a field hospital on the Western Front. The hospital serves as a sanctuary amidst the chaos, a beacon of hope for the numerous soldiers injured in the grisly battle. Our protagonist, Major Wells, is tasked with maintaining the morale of his medical team whilst ensuring the recovery of as many soldiers as possible to support the ongoing war efforts.

The challenges are monumental, with a constant deluge of casualties and dwindling resources testing the mettle of Major Wells and his team. The hospital must be managed meticulously, with patient intake prioritised and treatment strategies decided. Each decision is a morale and logistical challenge, from scheduling surgeries to making the harsh call of who can't be saved. The game does not shy away from the moral implications of war and the tough decisions that must be made in the name of survival and utility.
