DC's top fighting game heads to Steam

Arcade-style fighting game Injustice 2 is heading to PC, five months after its release on console platforms.
Developer NetherRealm Studios and publisher Warner Bros Games made the official announcement on October 24 after speculation emerged last month regarding the game's imminent arrival on Steam.

An open beta was due to begin today (October 25) to kick-start the big announcement, however the official Injustice social media page posted yesterday that "The PC beta will NOT begin tomorrow. Stay tuned for more information!"
Gamers are urged to keep an eye on the Injustice Twitter feed for further updates.

Developed by the team behind Mortal Kombat X, Injustice 2 is the sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us featuring a roster of superheroes and villains from the DC universe - including Batman, Superman, Darkseid and Joker. A new faction known as the Society, run by Gorilla Grodd, has emerged and is attempting to bring the world to its knees.
Join Batman and fellow heroes as they attempt to bring down the Society whilst also engaging in various hero vs hero battles which, pending on the outcome, could change the future and create an alternative ending for players.
