Dear Vikings, This is a legal contract between you and IP Arutyunyan Andrey Aramaisovich (“Ellada Games”) regarding the Niffelheim game (“the Game”). You will be bound by this contract if you install or use the Game. If you don’t agree, you (sadly) cannot install or use the Game. Ellada Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game on your own computer, only for your own personal purposes. Unity is 3rd party company that collects data for helping us to improve the Game. We use just Unity Performance Reporting service for error reports, error dumps, and other information that may be provided by Unity service to work with these bugs and other issues of the Game.
