This is an extremely well made game. Music, controls and graphics are amazing and the story (main as well as side) are incredibly thought-though and detailed. Many of the side stories connect to each other and create a larger picture. They make the world more interesting and in-depth and really make it feel more alive. There is also quite a lot to do (it took me about 12 hours to complete the quests, complete all dungeons and ruins. There is also a lot of replayability as you unlock "Mew game" after the first playthough. There you can replay the game with modifiers such as "stronger enemies", "level 1" (being unable to level up), "naked cat" (not being able to equip any armor or weapons) and "nine lives" (you can only die 9 times). While these are interesting, they make the game a whole lot harder. And it is not easy to begin with. The combat focuses a lot on doging and there are a few enemies in the higher level dungeon that can one-hit you when you don't manage to get out of their attack-range in time. That being said, the combat gets almost unbearingly hard with only one modifier (and one achievements even challenges you to complete the game with three on at the same time). I started Mew game and quit before defeating the first two enemies because they continuously killed me (I only had enabled "stronger enemies).
If you think the game is a nice and easy game because of the cute graphics: be warned, it's not easy.
