About Detroit: Become Human

About this game

Developed by Quantic Dreams — the minds behind Beyond: Two Souls — Detroit: Become Human is a story-rich choices matter game where the destiny of both mankind and androids is in your hands. Every decision you make — even the smallest of them — will decide the ultimate outcome. Are you ready for that responsibility?

What it Means to be Human

What do you think it means to be human from the perspective of a machine? Well, in Detroit: Become Human, you'll enter a world full of moral dilemmas and difficult decisions, which can have turbulent consequences. One wrong move and a world-changing revolutionary android can become a slave.

Living with Choices

In the branching narrative, you'll determine the fate of three main characters — Kara, Connor, and Markus— and even if your choices lead to one of them dying, the story will still continue.

Butterfly Effect

Even the smallest, most minute decisions will affect the story's outcome, which means you'll get to replay and see how things change!

Steam Deck Compatibility

Detroit: Become Human is verified for the Steam Deck, which means you'll be able to experience the thrilling story in any place you'd like!

"Occasionally fun but often unconscientious, Detroit: Beyond Human takes steps in the right direction but retains too much of the old Quantic Dream formula."

Such a beautiful game. Not only graphic and story wise but the alternative routes all make great sense unlike other choice games that feel unrealistic. I put this up their with rdr2 when it comes to hitting emotionally. Thankyou to fanatical for being there to help with my collection addiction I wouldn't be able to afford it if not 😂

Probably the best story game I've played, along with the same company's release of Detroit: Become Human. Both are equally awesome, though I lean toward this as the best so far.( I have over 240 games on hand.)

Treat it like a Visual Interactive Novel and you will be fine. Once you finish the game there is no point replaying it again.

not optimized well for pc. I was on board with the story but the constant crashing and stuttering is difficult to ignore. I even set the game to the lowest possible graphics with 30 fps still would not help.

This game is an amazing masterpiece. It's full of heart-jerking moments. It really has a lot of really good points and is more then just a game. It's a real look into the type of person you are deep inside. How would we react to other intelligences in our world. I will fully admit there were parts, in this game I cried my eyes out. I highly recommend it
