extremely cute and fun game, might be a little old, but at the price you get it in bundles is completely worth it.

This game is an amusing experience but it feels a bit dated at times. The critical timing system is nice but I felt like spamming techniques allowed me to make combat a bit of a joke. The mechanic where an enemy gains capabilities based on what it is wearing and you can destroy their equipment to disable their abilities and gain scrap felt very engaging. I personally got 8 hours of entertainment out of it and didn't care to go back for the true ending because that meant redoing the final boss. Overall I feel like playing this game was a worthwhile experience and recommend trying it out.

Really enjoyed what this game was doing, usually handheld ports suffer but this felt like a game out of the dreamcast/PS2 era and it was a delight. Has a lot of rough edges but it evoked the spirit of that point in gaming, that a lot of lesser games fail to do. It is a hidden gem for sure.
